Incident Reporting and Advocate Referral Program
The Legal Centre for Palestine is a Canada-based organization that seeks to provide legal consultation and defence for Palestinians and those in solidarity who advocate for Palestinian human rights.
The purpose of this reporting tool is to help us document and provide support to people who have experienced incidents of anti-Palestinian racism in Canada, including harassment, censorship, and punishment. Upon receiving your incident report, our intake team will aim to contact you within 48 hours. If you are seeking legal support, an intake officer will then try to connect you with an advocate from our network for a pro bono (free) initial consultation.
Kindly note the following:
Any legal services beyond the pro bono initial consultation are based on the capacity of the referred advocate and any retainer (including scope of legal services and cost) will be discussed with them.
The timeline for connecting you with an advocate may vary based on case complexity and advocate availability.
Advocates are volunteers and are not employed by LCP. Some may be able to offer pro bono services, while others may be able to offer services at a reduced rate depending on your ability to pay.
Please allow 15 minutes to complete this form.
